Observation

The cleaning bottles with bleach were on the counter by the sink in Preschool Room A which is within reach of the children. Dispute Description: The cleaning bottles which had the bleach solution as required by WACS was in the far corner of the art sink and out of reach from the children. The children do not use the art sink as they have two lower hand washing sinks in the room. The bottles have been moved higher but we are disputing that the cleaning bottles were not within reach. There was no step which would be required to reach the sink but even then a 4 to 5 year old child cannot reach the back corner of the sink which was why the bottles were there.
